Welcome to Tiana Kara Studio Where Lymphatic Health, Facial Sculpting & Body Wellness Meet.
Founded by Tiana Martin, creator of the TK Method™, Tiana Kara Studio has evolved into a specialised space for lymphatic health, facial sculpting, post-operative recovery and advanced body treatments.
My approach is centred around understanding the body as a whole supporting lymphatic flow, reducing fluid retention and puffiness, working with fascia and helping clients feel lighter, less congested and more connected to their body.
I specialise in Face Up™, TK Method™ Lymphatic Massage, Pre & Post-Operative Lymphatic Care and advanced Body Sculpting, with every treatment tailored to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Alongside treating clients, I’m also passionate about education and have created the TK Method™ to teach other therapists the techniques, treatment protocols and knowledge I use within my own studio.

From Practitioner to Educator Meet the Creator of the TK Method™
What began as a career in the beauty industry has evolved into something much bigger.
Through years of hands-on experience, continued education and working closely with different bodies, I became increasingly passionate about the lymphatic system, fascia, fluid movement and the role they can play in how the body looks and feels.
That passion led me to create the TK Method™ my signature lymphatic-first approach combining specialised lymphatic techniques with body sculpting principles to create treatments that are thoughtful, individualised and results-focused.
Today I work with clients through lymphatic massage, Face Up™, pre & post-operative care and body sculpting, while also training the next generation of practitioners through TK Sculpt & Beauty Academy.
My goal is simple: to help clients better understand and support their bodies, while giving therapists the knowledge and confidence to deliver treatments with purpose not simply follow a routine.
