If you are a new client or undertaking a new treatment with us, please complete a consultation form online prior to your service.
Please keep in mind we may have other appointments after yours. We will always do our best to accommodate you. Please make sure you arrive at your appointment on time and no more than 15 minutes late, then this time might need to be deducted from your service time.-quality products and techniques to create the perfect look for any occasion.
A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments; or the service/services can be paid upfront in advance. We strongly suggest pre booking refills or maintenance appointments to get preferred days and times.
If you are running late to an appointment, please call or message to let us know, otherwise we will assume you aren't coming and may cancel your appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will try our best to complete the service in the time allotted; you will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate you but may need to cancel and rebook the appointment. We value your time and know that you understand and value ours.
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel an appointment. As a small business, the effect of clients canceling at the last minute can have a very big impact.
We appreciate at least 48 hours' notice where possible so we can adjust our schedule. When you give us less than 48 hours' notice we will try our best to rebook the appointment time, but it is very difficult to fill an appointment at the last minute with little or no notice. If we are unable to fill your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee (equivalent to the service or services that you were booked) to the credit card on file.
If you do not show up to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee (equivalent to the service or services that you were booked) to the credit card on file. If you do not show twice, unfortunately you will not be able to book an appointment with us again unless it is paid in full at time of booking.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality services to all our clients. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 48 hours and where there is a problem with the treatment provided, we will do our best to correct the issue. Your service is provided to you at a cost to us. Where we give you what you asked for, but if you change your mind afterwards, unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund.
Clients must be at least 16 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and written consent of the Parent/Guardian is required. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation.
Due to health and safety considerations, please do not bring children to your appointment. Sharp objects, tools and chemicals are in regular use in the salon and we cannot supervise to ensure your child's safety or risk distractions while your treatment is taking place. This could affect your safety or ours. We take safety seriously and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment where children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.
We love animals, but they do not belong in an area where personal appearance services are provided as there may be a potential source of infection or safety risk. For this reason, please leave your pets at home.
However, we do consider the rights, needs and circumstances of people with disabilities or special needs who rely on a guide, hearing or assistance dog for support. In this case, your dog may accompany you, but please let us know in advance so appropriate preparations can be made.
Please arrive at your appointment with no makeup on the treatment area e.g. no eye makeup, eyeliner or mascara for lash appointments, no brow makeup for brow appointments, no facial makeup for skin care appointments in the face and neck area.
Residual oils and makeup may affect the best outcome for your treatment and prevent proper bonding of lash extensions or effectiveness of lifting and tinting products.
Removing eye makeup especially can be time consuming. The the time spent will take away from your available treatment time. Also it is not 100% guaranteed after we cleanse, that every single natural lash will be makeup free especially when wearing waterproof makeup.
We will not take any responsibility about extensions falling out if you coming in with dirty lashes, eye makeup or left over from strip lashes.

We ask that all Mobile phones are turned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving treatment to your eye area, please do not open your eyes to check for messages or updates until after your session is complete. This is to prevent potential irritation or injury to your eyes during or after your appointment.
Thank you for make an appointment! Client MUST PAY DEPOSIT to secure the appointment or it will be CANCELLED / RESCHEDULED. Before coming to your appointment you MUST -Shower -Wash your hair -Completely clean eyelashes **Any left over from eye makeup or strip lashes will effect your retention and we will not be responsible if extensions are falling out** -Avoid caffeinated drinks -Switch your phone to "Do Not Disturb" or
"Silent" No extra guests or children. We understand unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give 48 hours notice so I can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. If you are unwell with a communicable illness, please contact us ASAP to reschedule your appointment promptly (Cancellation policy still applies) Although we sympathise with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.
