Appointment Policies

If you are a new client or booking a new treatment, please complete the online consultation form prior to your appointment.

Please arrive on time. We may have clients scheduled after you and cannot always extend treatment times. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service time shortened or the appointment cancelled the full service fee still applies.

A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure all appointments, or services must be paid in full upfront.

We strongly recommend pre-booking maintenance appointments to secure your preferred days and times.

A deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

If the deposit is not paid within the required timeframe, the appointment may be released to other clients.

Deposits are non-refundable but applied toward the total cost of your service 48+ hours notice: your deposit may be transferred to a new booking.

Less than 48 hours or failure to attend: the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook

As a small business, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our schedule. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

48+ hours notice: No fee

Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the service fee may be charged

Same day or no notice: 100% of the service fee will be charged

All fees will be charged to the card on file or deducted from any deposit paid.

Running late? Please call or message us as soon as possible.

Up to 15 minutes late: we'll do our best to complete your treatment. Full service price still applies.

More than 15 minutes late: your appointment may need to be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.

By booking you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Failure to attend without notice will result in 100% of the service fee being charged. Clients who no-show twice will be required to pay in full upfront for all future bookings.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality treatments. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and provide a suitable remedy where appropriate.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after a service has been completed.

Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatments.

Clients under 18 must have written parental consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the consultation and treatment.

For health and safety reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms. Salon tools, equipment, and chemicals can pose safety risks. If children are brought without supervision, we may need to reschedule and the cancellation policy may apply.

While we love animals, pets are not permitted in treatment areas due to hygiene and safety regulations. Certified guide or assistance dogs are welcome please notify us in advance so we can prepare.

To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines:

General

Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area

Lash appointments: no mascara, eyeliner, or strip lash residue

Brow services: no brow makeup

Avoid spray tanning 48 hours prior to brow appointments

Residual makeup or oils may affect the quality and longevity of your treatment. Excessive cleaning time will be deducted from your appointment. We cannot guarantee lash retention if you arrive with dirty lashes or strip lash glue.

Body Sculpting & Lymphatic (TK Method)

Please aim to drink 2–3 litres of water throughout the day before your appointment. Hydration supports the lymphatic system and helps your body flush released fat and fluid for optimal results.

Please keep your phone on silent during treatments to maintain a relaxing environment for yourself and other clients.

For eye treatments, do not open your eyes to check messages this may cause irritation or injury.

If you are experiencing cold, flu, or any contagious symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Treating clients while unwell places unnecessary strain on the body and lymphatic system and may spread illness to others.

Our cancellation policy still applies.
