Meet Tiana

The face behind Tiana Kara Studio & creator of the TK Method™

What began as a love for the beauty industry has evolved into a passion for helping women feel lighter, less puffy, more confident and connected to their bodies.

Today, my work is centred around lymphatic health, body sculpting, post-op care and Face Up™. As a Face Up™ Provider and lymphatic specialist, I combine hands-on techniques with a personalised approach, looking beyond just the area of concern and treating the body as a whole.

My passion for lymphatic massage also led me to create the TK Method™ and begin teaching other therapists. Through my hands-on workshops and online certifications, I now train practitioners in my lymphatic massage techniques, sharing the knowledge and methods I use with my own clients every day.
